Add: Design system #54

Description

This adds design system to be used with native-base components based on the system defined in figma

[x] - add theme for nativebaseprovider
[x] - add svg import/export support
[x] - verify it does not break existing implemented ui
[x] - add withStyles hook to 1 component as example

Note for any review: this currently includes this PR, but assumption is this will be merged before this one
