@vldkhh i cant access this recording, i was able to access the ones you created on the GoodDollar workspace.

i can see the recording but it says there are no console logs. in any case there could issues with txs sent to the blockchain. let me know if it repeats in other envs also, specifically production more than once in a while

On amplitude, I don't see an invite success at all, but loads of claiming failed: https://app.amplitude.com/analytics/gooddollar/project/288710/search/amplitude_id%3D284037283136
Users are seeing this error and believing that the claim failed, which is very likely to cause retention issues.
@drptiago this is the issue that is affecting our data on amplitude.

Getting this error when try to claim After the error popup, the claim is successful done
Steps: 1) go to the dev.gooddollar.org 2) login into your account 3) go thought the claim flow 4) observe the result
Note: the error happens on both chains
Expected: claimed without any issues
Actual: claiming failed
