Upon request the fv-survey and options needed some re-thinking.

@patpedrosa In the failed survey I dont understand what is "my face is not recognized on the camera" and "I have bad internet connection"

The options on the failed survey should match actual issues the user see or has the ability to know that is the issue.

There is an issue when the user doesnt pose its face correctly, or not enough lighting etc... when facetec shows the ideal posture vs the user. I don't remember the message. That should probably replace "my face is not recgonnized"

How is the user supposed to know the issues he is having are because of an internet connection issue?

@sirpy @patpedrosa the actual message on that screen is: we need a clearer video selfie considering that, should the option: 'It says it needs a clearer video selfie' replace the 'I think my camera quality is not good enough'?
