[BUG] The claim failing on celo after whitelisted

The error could be related to the faucet, because on celo side I see the "Out of gas screen" even after being whitelisted.

Steps: 1) create a new account on dev 2) pass the FV 3) try to claim on celo (should fail) 4) try to claim claim on fuse (should success)

Actual result: The claim on celo chain doesn't work even after being whitelisted. The claim on fuse works as expected

Expected result: The user can claim on both chains without any errors

@L03TJ3 @vldkhh @L03TJ3 please help @vldkhh to learn how to:

  1. verify if the wallet was in did whitelisted
  2. verify if the wallet has celo balance or not
  3. if wallet has no balance check if dev-celo faucet contract has balance

This is a dev-faucet issue. needs to be topped up manually by @sirpy
