[BUG] It takes almost 30 minutes to update the feed with the received cards

Reproduce on PRODUCTION and ONLY on the CELO chain

Reproduced via: Send via wallet Address Send by QR-code Receive via Wallet Link Request specific amount

@Lewis knows the issue already, so no extra steps are required

@sirpy @L03TJ3 It still takes 30 min to update the feed via 'Request Specific Amount' Other methods are fixed Private Zenhub Image

@vldkhh there's no difference between request specific amount and other methods. please make sure you refreshed all wallets and re-test
