since nov 13 web does not receive ga events

fixed here: https://github.com/GoodDollar/GoodDAPP/commit/df0e6f6c8647e2f000cea2f75baeee35c8fa5683 verified through googletagassistent that it is (should) correctly receive data if this still not works on prod domain, then its a something on that side to fix I think

Was fixed, GA already show the web data from yesterday.
