Add Disclaimer when editing User Profile

We believe that some users are under the impression that editing their profiles will change their credentials, which leads them to being locked out of their wallets.

We want to add a disclaimer so that they are aware that their login methods will not change when editing their profiles.

perhaps we should remove it at all. the original idea was to use these identifiers to send directly by email/mobile. this feature is currently isnt used.

• The top screen is the updated Profile, default state
• the bottom screen is the updated Profile in "Edit" mode
