Security update #4165

Description

As per request this allows minimal access to wallet with most features disabled with feature-flags

[x] remove blocking security dialog
[x] add security dialog with feature-flag for future emergencies
[x] allow minimal access to wallet
[x] disable send/receive/bridge/claim by feature-flag
