[Improvement] Update copy on "Twin" screen

Business Description

Current Issues:

• Based on a conversation regarding MiniPay users creating GoodWallets, users are under the impression that they need to have a GoodWallet to use their G$.

• Current "you have a twin" messaging confusing, not clear to people that this means they may have already signed up and face verified using another wallet or sign-in method

Detailed Description of Functionality

Update language on the "Twin" screen in the FV flow to the copy in the below mock-up.

If the user already has a FV record And the system serves them an error that a FV record for them already exists Then this modal should display with the new text.
