[Bug] Link to GoodDollar UBI contract broken #4257

Bug Description The main UBI contract link from the transaction detail page in GW1 is broken.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open GW1
  2. Find a UBI transaction
  3. Open the transaction detail page
  4. Click on the GoodDollar UBI contract link

Expected Behavior The link should take you to the explorer page for the UBI contract

Additional Context The video above also shows a UI issue with an icon which will documented in another ticket after I confirm it can be reproduced
