Tatum went from public (free) end-points, to key based API (limited in calls we can make).
For this we want to replace the mainnet/celo calls done with tatum in getExplorerTxs to be merged with the other explorer(s).
[x] - merge explorer calls with the flow of fuse
[x] - verify API docs for tatum if it aligns with scan/explorer API's
if its aligned, add tatum api to Config.chain.explorerAPI list
if not, use Tatum as fallback for Celo (before it falls back to rpc call)
