Bug Description When sizing the window down (desktop) the breakpoint where it should switch over to mobile view is not working as expected.

to fix:

[x] - switch over dynamically (now it needs a reload, it decides view on page-load only)
[x] - have sidebar/topbar static and only main container respond to screen-size changes
