537 reenable swap #544

Description

This applies the new page layout to the swap page, and adds the additional needed title/description/faq's

Fixes done:

[x] - add generic pagelayout component
[x] - update swap page with new layout
[x] - refactor faq for re-use on other pages
[x] - style fixes
[x] - make celo default (relates to the default widget shown when not connected)
[x] - patch sushiswap sdk for missing celo definition
