(Feature) Upgrade Facetec 9.4 - Breaking changes

Description

• keep scanResultBlob from the latest liveness/enroll/match3d API call (despite was it successfull or not)
• for the duplicates and failed search db indexing requests do not return scanResultBlob
• for the other success and failure cases (e.g. liveness, low light etc) return scanResultBlob
