Added legals page fetching from local markdown. Closed the previous PR to add a link to the legals page from the footer component.

hello @r-ichard sorry for the late reply, I dunno how I missed (or didn't get) the notifications but I only saw this now. If this happens again, find me on slack and be like "yo, check your github 😁". I closed this branch because you said to not use the develop branch anymore and re-created this feature from the main branch 😅. Yes, I can make the year dynamic, I initially changed to 2024 but thought you guys wanted to keep 2023 😅. Will do that and look at your comments asap. I like the legals folder idea, will update and create dummy "Privacy" "Terms" "Cookies / GDPR" pages. Feel free to tell me whenever you have an idea or want an update 😄👌.
