Feature/#16 replacing sass with tailwind #18

Done replacing all the sass with tailwind 🎉!! I'm surprised that there are no merge conflicts lol. Been working hard at it for the past 2-3 days. Will take a break and enjoy the rest of my weekend before coming back 😁. Feel free to leave a feedback, it's a team work I'm willing to listen, explain or change anything. I've also added some interactivity/animation.

Can you ensure that on merge the partner block is still working ?

The partner block's style is written in sass. And it comes from the develop branch. There'll definitely be merged conflicts. To make it work I could update it to tailwind too if Paul agrees to it.
