Integrate the article page #27

The goal here is to have a static page for now but with avery modular approach for styling because the content will be sourced from a CMS with GraphQL.

This means that we could have an article with 5 youtube videos or just a bunch of text with a single image etc... But the design of the "titles / Hx" embedded pictures or videos etc should always comply with the original design.

NB : The mobile version is not ready yet, you can start the work on the desktop or wait to have both first.
