@r-ichard I've read through your previous comments and I've implemented the dynamic copyright date last time and today the link using gatsby Link component. This is a re-build in ts and tailwind. Also following your suggestion, I've added a Legals folder Currently it only has a legals.md file but when you add other files they'd automatically show as pages. You'd only need to update the footer to add links to them.
