Sprint1: Add search companies for talent #122

We cannot search Compagnies from the search form on Talent/search-Jobs.

Expected :

When the user enters a "title" / "skills" or a location "country" / "city" we must a filtered Jobs base on the research.

1- I tried to search by location but the google API doesn't work in looking for jobs. 2- the data set is not big enough to test going from page 1 to page 2 at the bottom
