[ ] Date of profile creation and approval are recorded on both talents and companies
[ ] Date of creation of jobs
[ ] Referral code (own by talent or companies)
[ ] Referrer code (Refferal code of the the source of the referral)
This system is designed to enable and incentivize the following actions:
A talent or a company referrs another talent -> Triggers talent referral fee (5% on first year)
A company or a talent referrs another company ->Triggers Business finder fee (20% on first year)
