GPL3 headers #8

The GNU GPL3 headers have been added into my repo. Can you merge the code into yours? Once done the pull request https://github.com/AXDOOMER/mochadoom/pull/5 should indicate that there are no conflicts.

To add a copyright header to your code, please use this template:

It explicitly refers to Mocha Doom as the project, so if you already added some generic GPL3 copyright header, you should replace them.

You can remove id Software and Victor from source files that you have written by your own, like stated in the discussion that we had earlier.

Hi. I should start the work on adding these headers on the Monday, May 29th, 2017
