Can't finish Reconstructing Impetusium?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Talk with Gulkalla
2. Destroy Hero Spirits (3/3)
3. Go back to Gulkalla
4.Bring Umkata's Three Tokens to Umkata's Grave, Summon the spirit of Umkata, 
and destroy it.
Umkata's Bones(1/1)
Umkata's Earrings(1/1)
Umkata's Weapon(1/1)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Whenever you kill Umkata your supposed to talk to Gulkalla again, but after I 
killed him the quest apparently didn't finish, so I cannot finish the quest, 
nor am I allowed to summon him again because I already killed him once.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I believe it is Aion 4.0 and I'm on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
All that really happened was that I killed Umkata at his grave like I was 
supposed to and it didn't say I did, because when I went back to Gulkalla it 
didn't allow me to finish it. I cannot summon Umkata again, so I have no idea 
what to do.
