Going to the link of a completed wishlist

We found that people are still clicking on the completed list of Puerto Rico's campaign. Can we forward them to the same page that you get when click in a subdomain of the organization. In a future we might come up with some pop up or something else that will say something, but for right now just forwarding would be good, in case they want to help with other lists
