Hello guys,

I would like to ask you how to start?

As I can think the first step is to connect the vector robot with my computer to put the firmware... So I am trying to understand how to find and access the board of the robot!!!

Thanksss!!!!!

The code that is on the github is code that was extracted from a working robot. There is currently no way to jailbreak the robot as all efforts ceased when Digital Dream Labs announced OSKR. https://www.digitaldreamlabs.com/products/open-source-kit-for-robots https://www.digitaldreamlabs.com/products/open-source-kit-for-robots

DDL has shipped part of the software which allows you to ssh into the robot and monitor various functions via HTTP. We are still waiting for the promised source but Melanie has assembled the necessary kit to compile the code once it arrives. The rumor from DDL is that it will be “mid November”.

In the meantime you might download and read the Vector bible. https://github.com/GooeyChickenman/victor/blob/master/documentation/Vector-TRM.pdf https://github.com/GooeyChickenman/victor/blob/master/documentation/Vector-TRM.pdf
