KB5036980 currently adds ads to the Start Menu, but is opt-in.

These appear to be added via Start Menu Recommendations, which is currently turned off in the guide.

Settings > Personalization > Start, and uncheck the toggle that reads "Show recommendations for tips, app promotions, and more."

Verify that this remains the solution, though also investigate if there are other ways to ensure ads cannot be delivered.

This will be entirely resolved by enhancing section 3.1 Post-installation: Customize Start Menu of the Post-Install Configuration portion of the guide, by specifying that "Show recommendations for tips,.." should always be unchecked.
