Update Guide for 2023-October #4

Guide to be re-validated, and updated for October 2023.

This will include suggestions raised in Issue #3 by @75h7.

Anticipated for update to occur by end of day on 2023-10-15, and be released as a new release.

There are upcoming changes to Windows 11 on September 26h, including rolling out Windows CoPilot and bringing more Bing Chat functionality directly into Windows 11. Additional changes to the guide for October 2023 will be included to disable this if desired.
