Hello, thank you for your great works !

I have a proposition for snes9x-gtk, is it possible to upscaling a snes game?

Second proposition :

Can you integrate a list of cheats on this émulator, somewhat like
project64 or Mupen64 ? =)

You'll have to be a little more clear what you mean by "upscaling." There's 
already a
bunch of scaling filters and two hardware output scalers.

I'm hoping in the future that we'll be able to revise the cheat support to be
compatible with bsnes, and then we should have grouping and better labeling. No
pre-provided cheats, though--you'll need to get those from third parties.
