Tibia Protocol Documentation distributed without permission from author #1

Cheers,

the author of Tibia Protocol Documentation was not asked prior to
distributing the file through Downloads page on TibiaAPI Google Code
project. He would have appreciated being asked, not because he doesn't want
it distributed, but because he wants to know who uses it. He does not
appreciate violation of his copyright.

He would just like a formal question and will then give permission.

is my primary email address and I use Google Talk. I am terribly sorry about the
Protocol still being posted. I wanted to ask your permission initially, but 
stupidly
didn't. I thought I had removed it from this project, but if I remember 
correctly
there was something preventing me from doing so. I sincerely apologize for 
that, and
if I was in the same situation I would want my copyrights to be respected.
