FPS won't work #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The FPS property, when set, doesn't do anything, and returns 0.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using it in VB.NET

Please provide any additional information below.
Not really sure exactly whats going on, no exceptions or anything.

Not sure if this feature was ever tested correctly. We will have a look at it 
soon!

I've been looking at this lately, and found the addresses for the DX5 FPS 
address,
but the problem is that it uses different addresses for each display engine 
(DX5,
DX9, OpenGL). We will have to spend some more time looking into this to create 
a more
complete FPS changer.
