Remove WorldOnly/WideScreen View #133

I noticed how unnecessary (users should make it themselves) functions such
as Eat, Fish, and TransformItem were removed and I was going to see what
you guys thought about removing the WorldOnly and WideScreen View in
Client.WindowHelper. I personally think these should be user-made
especially since sometimes WorldOnlyView doesn't work (a bar appears going
across the middle of the screen). If you agree I'll remove them, if not
I'll leave them be.

If they do not work correctly and no one wants to fix them, they can be removed.
Otherwise, I don't see it as a very specific or specialized feature, so I don't 
see
why it shouldn't be included if it works.
