[Suggestion] Spells and Mana Required for Spells/Runes in Tibia.Constants #19

This isn't that big of a deal, but it would be nice to have all of the
spells, and mana required for them (including runes!) as constants.

has a
list of runes with the mana and soul points required. However, this list is 
outdated,
and we could use a spells section as well.

If you have the time, it would be great if you could update the rune list! You 
would
need to add the constants to
http://code.google.com/p/tibiaapi/source/browse/tibiaapi/Constants/Items.cs, 
and the
objects to the aforementioned file.

TibiaAPI is nothing without community involvement, so if you are willing to do 
this
please email or post the modified files.

Here's the updated rune list, I'm pretty sure the id's are correct. I grabbed 
the
mana/sp costs from tibia.wikia.com so if there's any errors on that page they 
will be
present but I don't think there are.

Edit: Fixed a few typos.
