Map(?) packet parsing broken

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You can view this using Smart Packet Analyzer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Login, walk around, talk, etc. to make a nice packet log and look through
it. You'll notice, quite quickly, that there are a lot of logged packets
that never occured, and you may even get some 'unknowns'.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
pregusia explains it well in this thread on TPforums,
http://www.tpforums.org/forum/thread-7187.html. Hopefully the problems lies
in map parsing only.
