Improve lvl spy #32

It would be really usefull to imrpove the lvl spy so u can check a lvl
up/down not lvl 1, lvl 2... So for example (like tibiabot NG) you can make
that when the key + is pressed u see the 1 floor up and if the same key is
pressed u see 2 floors up etc.

TibiaAPI is not a production program, it is an API. As a programmer, you should
include this kind of logic in your program.
