Add rings/ammulets to items #43

Add rings/ammulets to itemslist. Many bots use them so it'd be nice to have
them added! If you want i can help you get some id's and i post them here.

It would be great if you could help us out with this. You can see the format we 
use
for Items in 
http://code.google.com/p/tibiaapi/source/browse/tibiaapi/Constants/Items.cs.

You can make two new classes named Rings and Amulets and put the new items in 
them.
