Packet.dll sending no longer works #84

Packet.dll is no longer able to send packets. WPE shows nothing being sent 
out, and there is no error or exception thrown. Sending packets through 
the Proxy works. It's probably an address being off. I don't know enough 
to be able to fix the problem though I may investigate further later.
