Create blank area around screen and draw text/images #98

Can you maybe implent so the screen can be minimized and the "Screen Text" 
can be set on that minimized screen - Also, can you make it possible 
setting images there?

This is an interesting feature. I think we have the ability to draw the text, I 
don't
know about images however. The screen moving must involve similar addresses as 
the
widescreen.

The screen text is there , yes. But I don't think Screen Pictures are.

Just added the icons but haven't tested much. You probably can already resize 
the
screen just like it is done in WorldOnlyView or WideScreenView in your code, 
but I(or
someone else) will add it to the api soon.
