Add a new ML project #35

@mrunal736 @ParnaviKulkarni I would like to add a new ML project related to house prices prediction by using Random Forest Algorithm on the California Housing Dataset as a part of Hacktoberfest 2022,can you please assign me the issue so that I can proceed further?

Comment your name ,College, Year Follow the format of project a separate folder with name as project title, three sub folders model,images, dataset Inside dataset folder upload dataset as well as create readme file with details of dataset and link of same. In model folder upload .ipynb file In images folder upload images created during eda of dataset
