Title: Create Teacher Registration Page 📚👩‍🏫

Description: Develop the frontend page for teacher registration. This page will allow teachers to sign up for an account by providing their name ✏️, email 📧, and password 🔒and other details based on schema of teacher's table which is defined in this readme file. The form should also contain javascript validations. This issue is located here.
