I would like to create an audio player using React. I am new to React, but I have some experience in programming. I am looking for guidance on how to get started.

I am interested in implementing the following features:

Play audio files
Pause and resume audio playback
Seek through audio files
Adjust the volume of audio playback
Playlist support
Repeat and shuffle functionality
Background playback
