Create a ISSUE_FORMAT.md file.

Format of issue. Explain this in words also.

Mention these

Languages and Non code part is compulsory also the comments at the end.
Checkboxes can be added using "* [ ]".
Issue title should be short to the point and should be same as the filename in which code will be saved

@vrooomy I have someone else working on this issue also if it gets solved before you I would have to merge that. So try to finish it fast.
