CRUD API Functionality for Conference Session

When this feature is complete, from the API, we should have the ability to Create, Update and Delete Conference Session. Work for this includes:

• Integrating Spring JpaRepository for Conference Session
• Should also allow you to specify the conference_session_type
• Exposing Create / Update / Delete API endpoints with appropriate HTTP Methods (POST, PUT, DELETE)
