Fixes #43.

A few things:

Since the JPA entites have Integers as IDs, I switched some of the Longs to Integers throughout
To test: If you run the dummy sql data, you can then run the tests I added with the debugger or call the rest api directly to see things working
I can't seem to get Spring Boot to pick up my logging config when I run the tests in an IDE
