Log URLs listed in Qualified URLs don't work #19

https://ct.googleapis.com/pilot https://ct.googleapis.com/aviator .... these URLs don't exist.

They do. However, they are the base URLs for the RFC 6962 API. They are not URLs you can perform a bare GET over / browse.
