Dev/Origin Trial and Shipping Shouldn't Show the Same Version #1479

Describe the bug Although dev trials and origin trials can occur simultaneously, neither of these states can occur simultaneous with shipping.

To Reproduce I've already fixed one instance where this occurs. If I were to find another, I'd be loath to allow it for the sake of linking rather than fixing it. Here's a picture instead.

Expected behavior The form should present some kind of error or prompt to feature owners if they enter a val in the shipping fields that matches one in a dev trial or origin trial field.
