This change adds a new query string argument to the stage edit page, updateExtension. This is used when navigating to the stage edit page to update the milestone for an extension initiation. This is a signal to redirect back to the extension initiation prompt after updating the extension's end milestone.
This was brought up when a user recently needed to update the extension milestone after changes in the intent, and it was unclear that further action was required after updating the milestone. Now, the user should immediately see that the initiation prompt still needs to be handled before the extension is processed.
