We have several Blink API Owners who are simultaneously feature owners (or editors). Because API Owners work frequently through Chromestatus feedback indicates they are more likely to archive email notifications from the tool and expect to find them in the My Features pages. This makes them more likely to ignore their escalation notifications if they are not distinct enough.
Describe the solution you'd like
I suspect tweaking the subject and the colors of the notifications will make anyone who gives them more than a cursory glance able to easily distinguish them.
