Consider adding Azure Devops CI how-to to documentation. #334

In README's section "Configure Your CI Provider" there is help for several CI tools. I suggest it is also added how to do it in Azure Devops.

Any resource that explains where this fits into test plans, lifecycle etc would be a big help

@clifmo are you going to use it on the release pipes? Or do you also use Azure for source code and pull requests and will be running it as a status check?
