Mostly I wanted to add a "view an example" demo link. I made a few more changes to improve the interactivity and presentation

Also.. i'm proposing we rename this tool. From 'lighthouse ci viewer' to 'lighthouse report diff tool'. so its more obviously relevant to non CI users.
