Describe the bug The link to the Google Lighthouse brand assets requires permission to access

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'General Brand Guidelines for Lighthouse Integrations'
  2. Scroll down to 'Assets' section
  3. Click on 'Download Logo Kit'
  4. See a Google Drive 'You need access' page

Expected behaviour Based on the content of the page, I expected to be able to download the appropriate Google Lighthouse logos, and other brand assets, needed to properly comply with the Google Lighthouse brand guidelines. If it is intended behaviour that people who wish to access these assets need to request approval first, that should be more clearly spelt out.

@paulirish were you able to take control of the published google doc?

FWIW the logo kit is outdated and has been renamed as such. Our latest brand assets are here: https://github.com/GoogleChrome/lighthouse/tree/main/assets.

I renamed it but .. pretty sure nobody can see the new name until they have access. :/
