Annotates INP as experimental
- Adds a beaker icon to the popup
- Adds an asterisk to the HUD
Removes deprecated finalized functionality
- Initializes all metrics as null
- Defaults LCP and CLS to 0 in the HUD and popup if there's no data, otherwise FID and INP show as "waiting for input"
Reorders the metrics
- INP appears after the three CWV
- FID appears after CLS, so that it's adjacent to INP
